It's been a long time since i know this website and have recommended to my customers. I'm talking about MOZY, it's an online automatic back up of your files. It has 2GB free for anyone to use them or if you need more than 2GB, there is an option of paying almost $5.00 every month for unlimited uploading. I think it;s a great way of saving your information safely. I have had customers that have been backing up with mozy and suddenly their computer died, and they can recover everything from the upload they did. Now the upload can work automatically every 1 hr, or every 24 hrs however you want it, or either it backs up at any certain day at any time you decide. The good thing about this, that the first time, it takes time to upload all your files, once everything is up, any other new files will be upload it and would not touch the other files, it will touch them only if you made a change, for instance if you add more information to a word document.

Try it, it won't hurt to be safe with your data.

Well suddenly your Internet Explorer stop respoding for any reason, doesn't even want to open, or it does open but when you ask to go to a website, it just close by itself or freezes up. No problem, sometimes an important file from the folder where windows reads internet explorer could of have been corrupted. It's ok, no biggy you can still use other types of browsers, to replace internet explorer.

Well not too long ago i had a customer that lost all her cd's while moving from one house to another, and her computer crashed. - To know if the hard drive is corrupted or not, the hard drive needs to be read from another computer to see if the files are available, and as well run a test to see that all the sectors are ok to re use the hard drive.
Pay attention to the video how they started and what they did.
First of all they went to make the error, so they know how to fix it, but have in mind, that suddenly you are using the computer, and a power search just happend or either you drop the laptop, this is how the hard drive can get that error. That is call physical damage. I have had customers with this problem and some of them i have been lucky to get their data back 90%.
